Madison County, Ohio. Named after James Madison, the 4th President of the United States, Madison County was established on March 1st, 1810. Holding a land mass of 467 square miles, Madison County is proud to the home to over 40,200 residents. The county is located in central Ohio between Columbus and Springfield.

According to statistics, Madison County ranks second in soybean production and third in corn production throughout the state of Ohio.
