Somerset, Ohio. This town is one of the oldest in Perry County. It was settled in 1804 before Perry County was even incorporated and was known as Middletown.
Somerset is your typical hometown city. It is small and comfortable with not a little over 4,000 residents. Despite the small numbers the neighborhood is an asset to the county and their dedication to the community cannot be matched. Educationally speaking they have their own elementary where they seek to shape the minds of the young area youth.
