Donnelsville, Ohio. Nestled along Route 40 in Clark County, Donnelsville is a village that has about 400 residents living within its limits. Family and friends gather at local spots, such as, the Donnelsville Mall or they head off to watch their children play ball at the Lion’s Club baseball fields. Local churches sponsor social activities for both adults and children.

Children are the focus of several community activities, including a parade, which kicks off the summer Little League Baseball program. Games are played on the Little League Baseball fields owned and cared for by the local Lion’s Club. Area churches sponsor Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops.

In the eastern edge of the township is George Rogers Clark Park. The park is named after the Revolutionary War general who fought the largest battle of that war west of the Alleghenies. The park hosts frequent community activities throughout the year, many of them historically oriented.
